Do you deliver, set and pick-up?

Yes,we will deliver, set up and pick-up.  We require that if you do not have a flat yard you informa us. Additional help from you may be required to install or remove the equipment. Please consider our units weigh hundreds of pounds and this needs to be clarified.

How much do I need to reserve a unit?

Payment must be pain in full to hold any reservations. You may use Visa, Master Card, Discover or cash. Payments can be processed over the phone or you may stop by our business, we suggest you call first to make arrangements and make sure we are open.

What we require:

We will require your address, two phone numbers where you can be reached and email so we may send a confirmation. Our insurance requires a valid Drivers License or State ID.  Homeowners are required to have homeowners insurance and are fully responsible for the care of our equipment. Our drivers will delivery fully functional equipment, free of damage. If the unit was damaged during your party we will forward all the repair cost to you, no exceptions. Please help us avoid this situation by keeping things safely under control.

It is very important that an adult supervise the units use at alll times. Keep adults and teens under control and do not allow the bouncy to be over crowded with too many kids or adults or both. This is very important specially during block parties.

Care of our equipment:

No shoes should ever be worn inside the units. If the unit is deflated please keep kids off the equipment, to avoid damage.

No confetti, silly string food or drinks in the equipment.

If it rains during your rental please shut the unit down, and wait unit it stops raining to resume jumping after towel drying the unit. When the unit is wet the static on the unit can cause a shock, please keep your guest safe.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel 14 days prior to your reservation you deposit may be refunded or applied for another day. If you are not able to cancel prior to 14 days, you will not qualify for a refund.

What happens if it rains or it’s too windy?

If the forecast calls for rain or wind most of the day, then we can issue a refund or apply the money for another day. This must be agreed upon prior to making any deliveries. Drivers start making deliveries as early as 8:00AM in order to complete all deliveries by noon. Please keep in mind many times it doesn’t rain all day, and most people do not cancel their party. If your unit has already been delivered you can just turn off the unit and wait while for the rain to pass. Drivers will usually leave a tarp if they know it might rain.

What should we do if it gets very windy after we have received our unit?

Get all the kids out of the unit and deflate the unit at the power source. Once the wind has died down, just plug the blower back on and allow the unit to blow up fully before you resume your party. Please make sure all anchors remain secure and are still holding down the unit properly. Any question please call us, we are always available for any questions.

Prices are subject to change at any time, however the price the unit has when you reserve and will be a final price. Prices on advertising or fliers will not be honored since they may be obsolete by the time services are contracted.
