Do I need socks if I am not going in any units?
Yes, everyone needs to wear socks, otherwise you cannot be on the playground floor watching your children. You will be limited to the party room.
Extra time?
Additional time in our party room is $50.00 every 30 minutes. Arrangements should be made in advanced if you would like more time, the time might not be available otherwise. Overtime can not be canceled once agreed upon, unless you cancel four weeks in advance.
What should I bring?
Cake or cupcakes and candles. We have cake knives, lighters, spatulas etc., You do not need to bring anything else in regards to the cake.
Can we bring food or drinks?
You can bring food. However, no children will be allowed to eat and come out to play. We suggest ordering pizza to keep it simple and you can pay that directly once it arrives. If you bring food, the party room is off limits to the children until it is time for us to bring them all in. Yes you may now bring drinks, however please limit the drinks to individual containers not large bottles and cup. Juice bags, bottle water and can soda works best to avoid spills.
Is it okay to drop off my child for a party?
We recommend that you clarify with your guest if their child is comfortable with being dropped off. Otherwise parents are expected to be monitoring their children to ensure they are playing safely. No toddlers may be dropped off please.
Can we bring decorations?
Our party room has standard decorations in primary colors. You are welcome to bring any additional decorations. We do not allow silly string and confetti, glitter, or any other messy decorations.
What is the minimum or maximum age for children in a party?
Ages eleven and under. Please ask if any older children can be an exception, we might allow expections for immediate family or siblings in a birthday party only no open gym. And they should not be much older or heavier than average. Regardless of the age, any children in the inflatable’s are expected to be paid for and have a signed waiver. Parents should be watchful of their children at all times. Anyone not following our safety and common sense rules will be warned and if we continue to notice any disregard they will be asked to step out of our units. The child will be asked to please take to their parents to address our concerns.
Party initial payment is applied towards the cost of your party and will be non-refundable if party is canceled. If party is canceled because birthday child is ill party may be rescheduled once and payment will be applied towards the new date.
Too many adults with out kids in a party: You need to supply your own paper products in this case. And in some cases an additional fee may apply because we need more than one person to help in that party, the cleanup can be very time consuming. It impossible for one person to clean up after 60+ guest in less than 15 minutes before the next party comes in.

No refunds after 5 minutes.
Whats the range for our units?
Any child using the equipment must have a waiver and must be able to play independently minimum age is at the parents discretion. Maximum age is eleven and they must look like they are eleven. We appreciate our customers respecting our rules, we cannot mix teenagers/adults and toddler. We do offer private parties for kids up to thirteen.
Prices are subject to change at any time, however the price you get at the time of your reservation will be honored if the reservation has been made no more than 90 days prior. Prices on advertising or fliers will not be honored if different since they may be obsolete by the time services are contracted. Please check our prices online or call for accurate information.
